My Favorite Letter--The Alphabet Comes Alive!
Eric Hoffer Award Grand Prize Finalist, 2021
Award Description (US Review of Books):
This is an excellent book for reading aloud to small pre-readers. It is also great for avid readers. The photos and illustrations are vibrant and eye-catching. Each letter page provides space for a child to write his/her favorite word corresponding with the letter. This unique approach to writing an alphabet book is refreshing and a lovely change. This book can be read in stages as the child studies a letter or as a whole. It is a great read for any young scholar.

Notes from Quarantine
This is a record of the notes I took in Alcoholics Anonymous Zoom meetings from March 2020 to March 2021. Although my world became very small, my spiritual program expanded dramatically. The newfound freedom to write down what I heard was invigorating and changed the character of my listening. It was more direct, unencumbered by looking around the room at other people and thinking about what they were wearing or doing or who they were. These nuggets of AA wisdom are arranged into the three familiar categories of What It Was Like, What Happened, and What It's Like Now.
